Spur was in dire need of a new records management software, so they began their search. They wanted a browser-based police records software that had all the information needed in one place that was easy and accessible to use, which made using the hosted solution eFORCE® provided through the Texas DPS RRMS Project. In August of 2011, they implemented and went “Live” with eFORCE® Records Management Software. The department has enjoyed having software that populates all the information in one place. It has made their records managementsoftware process easier and more efficient.

Spur Police Department was one of the 30+ agencies who elected to eFORCE® Public Safety Software out of 3 vendors as part of the Texas DPS RRMS Grant and Project in the fall of 2011.
